The joke is apparently because she's wearing blue and the colour for the bloods is red, while the corresponding colour for their enemies, the crips, is blue. But this isn't important.
All you need to know is they are just two sad groups of niggers that walk like retards, talk like fucking idiots, and have no class what so fucking ever. It's basically like what would happen is Jugga-fags and slipknot fans decided they were going to be super hardcore and sell drugs to kids on a playground and lean against a stop sign all day yelling "MY SPOT NIGGAH MAH SPOT"
