None, I mean Ive torrented more than I own legally, and I've never even had a warning. (I live in holland though, but Im sure its the same rule: You're taking, not giving, the giving is the crime, downloading it isnt.)

My mam is the exact same.
After helping her for an hour and a half (because she was going on about shit that didn't matter) with her home insurance stuff, I asked her for her debit card details, so that she could pay for the insurance.
"What?! I didn't realise that I had to put in my card details! I'm not doing that! What if it's an internet scam! I'm just going to do it over the phone."
So then I took her card off her and put in her details because I was not going to waste my time helping her with this thing, for her to just go "Oh, all that time you spent helping me while I babbled on stupidly about things that are pointless, it turns out I didn't need your help and I'm just going to phone up.

if you have cash on you go to gamestop and buy steam cash cards. it's like xbox market points but on steam so you dont have to use a credit card.

It's just games. I only recently turned 18 and my parents would never have allowed me to buy all these games with their credit cards. You'll just have to wait until you're older.
