actually it's a mix of various materials, however the main one is paper not cloth

also the reason why I don't want to deal with soaked money is because
1. you need to dry it
2. it feels werid afterwards
3. you don't know what the fuck is in the water
4. you're going to make a fucking huge mess after that you will need to clean
5. you need to be extra fucking careful or you are going to rip it
