funny, 2010 story:

worked in a New York Deli (family owned) snowed pretty hard the past week. lady slips crossing the road like a couple of feet away from the deli in front of a house. we help her, get an ambulance to see if she is ok. 2 weeks later get a letter from her attorney saying she is suing us for not having plowed the snow for the house down the street.
