I understand that, but if don't want to cuss, don't substitute it for the first sound of the word implying. Not only, does it sound retarded, but it's also just as bad.

Yes, but the thing is, we cuss to add further emphasis in our sentences. When you try to substitute the word "fuck" with "eff" that emphasis is gone, and it makes you sound less mature than if you had said: "Shit mother fucker that creeped the fuck out! Cock weasel." You don't want to cuss? That's fine and admirable, but it's much easier, and smarter to say "That creeped me out." As opposed to: "That creeped me the 'EXPLETIVE SUBSTITUTE' out!"

Actually this is kinda untrue in most cases, I am the oldest child in my family bloodline "17" the rest are younger than 11 and they cuss on the internet like the there's no tomorrow.

That's my point exactly. Most kids tend to cuss a lot more, so you can usually pinpoint the children on the internet depending on how many expletives they use per sentence. As I said, this is usually the case, but the majority of people on the internet (myself included) swear like sailors, so you can't really be sure. However, when someone says something like "eff," that's a dead giveaway.

I'm the only one who I've ever, in the last three years I have had access to the internet, seen use cuss words in that manner.

Throughout most of my high school career, with the exception of Senior year, I refused to swear. Even when I would talk, I would say F*ck rather than Fuck. In middle school, I would say "eff"

When I went to my school in Virginia (middle school) every other word was a cuss word which is what turned me away from it and all.

I completely understand. I was the same way. Then, senior year hit, and just said "Fuck it. I'm old enough now, to understand the concept of swear words." In the end, that's all that really matters. It's alright to cuss, as long as you understand the concept and don't abuse the privilege . Know when and when not to swear.
