C'mon, it's called a Suri, which is a type of Alpaca. My Aunt and Uncle raise alpacas. The wool naturally kinks up like that. His coat is not a good quality though, but he has a good arch in his back.

ok seriosly, if you think its a dog, i dont blame you, cause i kno the dog your thinking about, and also thats a llama or an aplpaca. u can tell by thehead and the ear. oh and somebody has grooming issues.
