Saturday our heat wave passed. We had had 102+ temps since Tuesday. God dammit. And if you are wondering, no I didn't go to the damn waterparks here...they are boring and they are human soup with a generous touch of small childrens' urine. Lmao.

I would have killed for 95 degrees.

If Maine ever broke 100 degrees, people would think it was armageddon. We're used to -25 Below temperatures, the heat is alien to us, lol.

This heat is unusual to us. The coldest I've experienced since living here is about -15. As long as I'm dressed for it, I love it.
And yes the waterparks....oh gosh.... All you see is flesh... The only reason I go to waterparks is for the occasional attractive flesh, but trust me, there isn't much.

I can't stand the cold, it seems like 8 months out of the year here you dread stepping foot outside for fear of your fingers and toes going numb.

While the heat wave was brutal, I'd still much prefer it over the frigid winter cold, that really sucks...

I suppose living in the cold would make you not like it. We have both hot and cold. Such is life at an indoor waterpark. Only shitty part is that I work at it, washing people's dirty ass towels.... lmao.
