hooves (07/08/2012) [-] You dont usually come in contact with the face of people if you know you react. Also, indirect contact. Touching handles, tables etc is way more common than rubbing your face on it. Its so uncommon that the indirect contact could not hurt.
Another thing is purpose, the purpose of a handwash is to prevent bacteria. To decline doing this means you're WILLFULLY spreading germs. There is no excuse NOT to wash your hands, unless the sink is missing or not working. You should still locate one As fast as possible.
Using makeup is for the sake of exterior beauty. Nodoby uses makeup with the intent to hurt, unless its some James Bond chick with toxic lipstick. One does not rub ones face on places, ergo the contact is unintended.
