In Soul Silver I could of got a shiny starter, forgot which one, but I thought it was a glitch. So I restarted my DS. I am still mad to this day at my stupidity.

No, I'm positive I got one. It was a discolored Cyndaquil. I also thought it was impossible to get a shiny starter, so I thought the game has a color problem. When I looked up shiny cyndaquil it looked just like it. I felt stupid.

TO BE SPECIFIC, It fucked up in my Pokemon Yellow. Though I admit the number was just one I had found, and seemed reasonable, One thing about R/B/Y is that it calculates a 0-255 number string for many things, such as chance of hitting, critical hit, etc. However, it then compares that to a random value of 1-256, and if it's the same or lower, you miss/critical hit/etc. Therefore, most things that have a 100% chance of working actually have a 255 in 256 chance of working. Exceptions are things like Swift, which have unique scripts, but I've the Master Ball is not among them.
Though, it's nice to meet wits with a Pokemon fan like myself every so often.

I read that a Pokémon with catch rate 3, full hp and no ailments can get out Master ball with 0.4% chance. Though in AT LEAST R/S/E makes masterballs 255X more efficient in catching pokemon than with a pokeball, I don't believe such a script existed in R/Y/B.

Yeaaahhhh that's not true. 100% catch rate, ask any long time pokemon player. Look at formulas from RNGers.

I'm replaying ME2 on hardcore as a sentinel, and even with my tech armor, in three or four hits I'm almost dead. And that's only on hardcore, after that I'll do insanity.

I beat all three on insanity as the infiltrator. Me1 was the hardest by far and the hardest part wasn't even in the main storyline.

It was an easy game.

Yeah, my friend beat it playing as Infiltrator. I guess I just thought that having more protective shields would be easier, especially since I tend to be the tank.

Just upgrade your sniper rifle and pwn people in the face.

I have my Wii but the thing I miss most about not having my gamecube anymore is that little animation it played when you start it up that goes along with the song. I'm not even sure why, but I loved that song when I was a kid.
