Her name is Raffaella Fico, she's a well-known italianslut model and actress who had a relationship with Balotelli. This week claimed to be expecting a baby and that is Mario's. He said that he doesn't believe so and is going to have the baby's DNA tested, causing rage in her family already. LOL.
