Is it normal to feel pain in dreams? And i mean real pain.
I've been impaled on spikes, set on fire, crushed, electrocuted, drowned... and it all hurt like hell.

I find that difficult to believe. People can die in their sleep for a variety of reasons and there is no way at all of knowing that someone died in their dream at the same time.
