Furries are actually good folks and only few special subjects are..err.. fucked up.
Furries that are too much into furry shit are the bad ones.
It is like - Christians are usually good people, except few batshit crazy that will scream Jesus at the end of every sentence.
Or even cool people - like extreme sportists are cool, except few that are too much into their thing "YEA! Let's go kill ourselves! *faps at his bmx*"
