Fried chicken is only notably unhealthy if you mean that which is deep fried in saturated or trans fats.
Any mammal meats (beef) are unhealthy regardless.
Regardless, you have an absurdly simplistic and boring pallet, you can eat far more variety than you suggest and still eat healthily.
I bet you are one of those idiots who doesn't even realize that high salt content is massively more dangerous than a bit of saturated fat.

buthurt much?, again, im OP with the picture, and i just came back to check :) and you are an absulute tard, bet you dont even lift.. i eat like i said, and im fucking massive :) and salt binds water, so i dont really eat much salt, but you need natrium to function sooo... middle finger up :)

To clarify, just call it brown rice like a normal person.
And brown rice is near identical to enriched white rice nutritionally (white rice with the removed vitamins and minerals added back in), which is required for white rice in the US.
Although brown rice is still marginally healthier, white rice does not negatively impact one's health.
