Me being a conservative, I'd have to say that's pretty fucking stupid. Obamacare sucks, but Canada has complete government healthcare...

I completely refute your opinion, because according to all analysts (except for the TOTALLY UNBIASED ones at FOX news network) Obamacare is very beneficial to the US

Though you're being fined for not having health insurance or whatever, it makes it a lot easier for everyone to get it. And small businesses that start offering healthcare benefits will get huge rewards and stuff. Also, look at #11 for massive lols

No it doesn't. Mainly the uninsured in this country are healthy young people who can buy health care but choose not to. Its not poor people who can't afford it because they're on Medicaid. Now that they are forced to buy health insurance against their will, demand goes up dramatically. And the supply of doctors doesn't go up because the benefits of being a doctor is unchanged maybe even lower because they must see many more patients and you can't just hire new doctors because it takes years of college, Med school, internship, and residency before we'd get any new doctors. Therefore demand>supply. In economic terms this is called a shortage. What must result is rationing of care by the government where everyone has less access to the same care. And the small business reward will stop at 50 employees and will then impose huge costs. Thus, any business with 49 employees will think twice before expanding.

"Obamacare" has a tax for not having insurance, however not paying said tax has absolutely no reprocusions other than a stroungly worded letter from the IRS.

I live in Canada, Halifax to be exact, and while most of the point you make do seem perfectly logical, i find that our health system is completely satisfactory. Probably not the best in the world, but very good, and being so young as too have never paid taxes, i appreciate very much how it is "free" for me, much as it is for, according too you, young healthy Americans, who don't pay for insurance. The difference being i'm uninsured, and dont pay anything, and although rarely sick, im still covered. But theoretically, an uninsured young "healthy" american, could get sick, and then slamed with massive, bills, possibly in the thousands or tens of thousands dollars

Tl;Dr I dunno know, im drunk and high, and i dont even remeber what i was saying, and am too lazy too read. Like you apparantly aha

As a medical student myself, you are 150 % correct
for a properly trained doctor ( this is just a plain general care physician)
you need;
4 years in a general univeristy for pre-med
your MCAT tests
4 more years
final exams
2 year residency usually
thats 10 years of your life gone. IF you go into something more specialized add 5-6 more years to that number

well there is that whole food thing, and from what i understand water is also moderately important. really the only ones who experience any negative monetary movement are the ones who make enough money to purchase insurance, but dont
