For the apparently multitude of people who don't understand this comic:
The vagina is a self lubricating part of the body, constantly excreting fluid to prevent itself from drying out. When females become sexually aroused, an increased amount of lubricant is released, preparing the vagina for sexual intercourse, allowing a penis easier penetration into the vagina.
The comic implies that when OP greets a female, she does not become sexually aroused; in fact the opposite happens, and her vagina does not excrete any lubricants, making it dry. OP demonstrates this using a picture of a desert, which is also very dry, further illustrating the fact that OP does not sexually arouse the female at all.
