Clarification: The show is called "Weird Warfare" where people investigate odd things that were used during wars. The "Hitler Sex Change" was an attempt by the Allies to have Hitler consume estrogen in the hopes it would cause his iconic mustache to fall off and his voice to become high pitched. Obviously, it didn't work. The gardener that was paid off to spray Hitlers crops with estrogen took the money and then threw away the estrogen. As for "Exploding Pancakes", during World War II, an explosive mixture that looked like flour and could even be safely cooked and consumed was used by Chinese guerrillas to disrupt the Japanese occupation of China.
