I started on menthol. A lot easier to do that since you aren't jumping right into a harsh cigarette. Then I went to reds, blacks, and now Turkish Royal. After all that time, menthols literally make me sick to the stomach

Thing is, the menthol is kinda like a anaesthetic; it cools your throat (like if you ate a normal mint sweet) so you take in more smoke and nicotine, so you have a greater chance of getting addicted.
