Natural Selection is still here. The only difference is the way it works. Now idiots and poor people live in the slums, or ghettos, and they get shot/beat-up/killed. In higher classes there is less crime and murders. How often do you see dive-bys at Beverly Hills opposed to "the hood"?

Africans aren't used to cold weather. They would probably die faster in colder weather than other Western countries. Also evolution doesn't stop. I'd say that the brains will evolve more as we get into an age with more machine usage.

that's true, but Africans are genrally better fitted for living in the wild in general than the average person from the western civilization. Anyhow, we are born smarter than most Africans as you mentioned why, but Africans can still acheive the same intellect nevertheless..
