I use a different towel. Washing towels more often is more important to me than getting ball crust on my face.

Theoretically though, you are meant to be clean after taking a shower. So this shouldn't be a problem.

Preach it bro. I even have a separate towel to sit on my head while my hair dries. I use one right when I get out of the shower then have one sit on my head since I have really long and thick hair
