i find satanism hilarious, especially if you read some of the much older religious text that Christianity (and all of the major religions, as it so happens they all seem to stem from the same roots) is based upon, the devil was never actually overtly evil, he was neutral, he was the angel of death acting on god's behalf, then the jews get hold of the religion and he becomes slightly darker, but is still not depicted as the root of all evil, the incident with the forbidden fruit being the closest thing to an evil act he actually does, then, we get the sequel: The New Testament, all of a sudden he's the anus of the world, scrotum of the universe and devourer of children.

people should research fictional characters before they decide to worship them.
