Captain America, Black Widow, and Hawkeye also were not the founding members of the Avengers but they were still in the movie. The movie also didn't have Ant-Man or Wasp who were founding members.

Actually, if the Spiderman reboot bombs, Marvel may be able to buy back Spiderman's film rights, allowing him to be mentioned or shown in their movies. So nobody fucking see that goddamn reboot.

Sony has the rights to Spiderman and Ghost Rider and all characters related to them.
Fox has the Fantastic Four, Daredevil, and the X-Men and all related characters. They had Punisher too, but they lost him cause Marvel got him back after his movies sucked.

Yup he was i own afew issues where he was with them. Including 1 of the most questionable things i have ever seen in a spiderman comic which is his cell phone was in his belt.....yet his belt is a flap costume piece and no lump was show b4 that o.0
