When you hear your recorded voice

That moment in Honors Physics where your teacher tells you your recorded voice is what you actually sound like to other people.

Normally when you talk, you hear your voice distorted when echoing through your head.

I wonder how Morgan Freeman feels....

I sound so annoying and nasally.

I'm a professional grade voice actor as well as a highly ranked singer.

I still can't bear the sound of my voice in a recording. I end up re-recording the same thing over and over and over, and then trying to edit it as much as I can to make it listenable.

It's a normal thing, really.

Hmmm... my voice is like, 2 octaves lower than how I hear myself whenever I hear it on camera, or on a recording, on Skype, or the phone... but then I hear other people on the phone and they sound the same.
