That is an idea used by Religious Scientists and similar people, but I don't think it is its own religion.

it is. The idea used to get a lot of hate, until people started to accept that the Bible may say the Universe was created in seven days, but the original Hebrew said seven ages, which is an undefined amount of time, meaning that it was now possible to fit evolution into Christianity, Judaism, etcetera. I'm not Christian, I just know things
