In a country like Denmark where cars are fucking expensive most young people (actually just most people) drive with stick. Also most cars younglings like myself buy are from 1980-1995.

If I want a basic crap car that would break all the time it would be around 2-3000 $

its because we're in debt. but in america i got my 1973 super beetle foe 2k. it was lowered, not stock rims or tires. roof rack, chrome fenders on back and front, with 150 miles. and probly wont break down for a very VERY long time

Pretty much impossible in Denmark, I had to go to Ireland (which was awesome) just to get a job. Luckely we have a good welfare system, I'm getting paid 1250$ each month while being unemployed :)

Hmm... Everything, and I mean everything is expensive in Denmark. Basic rent is around 600-700$, usually 200-300$ food a month, a beer costs 7-10$ in a pub. So it doesn't last that long :P

everythings the same here except beer. apartments are 700. and thats cheap apartments.
