Military is funded federally, and schools are funded at the state and local level. The federal debt doesn't apply to schools because except for the approx 80 billion dollars that go to the Dept. of Education(which should be abolished as test scores has remained stagnant as spending on the department of education has been skyrocketing.) the federal government doesn't spend money on education. Apples and Oranges OP.
Then the Koreans come and we will be using Cup Cakes as AA guns
That would actually be a bad day...considering the school wouldn't be able to use it's money when the Air Force didn't have the funds to protect it and it is bombed or shut down due to the invading enemy soldiers
I can tell you one thing, the military doesn't have nearly the waste ratio that the department of education has. School system in the US are corrupted and usually end up trying to hold the tax payers hostage (who endured a stint where bus service was canceled?). Fix that and you'd find people would be much less begrudging to vote for a school levy.

I'm strongly against this sticker. I don't think some people understand the importance of the U.S Military.

Whats the point in having a high education if we cant protect it
Both are important..money shouldn't be taken from either of them...take from all the other useless dumps money's going into.
if you sacrifice freedom for security, you will get neither and you deserve neither.

So you're arguing for the central government to stop doing its job and start doing the state's job?
"In recent news the air force is holding bake sales across the US while the army is preforming house cleaning and the navy is handwashing cars so we can afford 15 guns, 150 bullets, a ship, and a fighter to fight the Koreans"
