Thats why so many "christians" I see these days are drinking, having unmarried sex, being arrogant douchebags, lying, being intolerant and quite violent to atheists (I've experienced this first hand), and the list goes on. I know it's not right to think all christians are like this but when you live in a town where pretty much everyone is christian and all of them behave like this it makes it hard to think otherwise. This actually seems to be a really common thing. Whenever I confront priests about this they usually say something along the lines of "oh, you atheists take the bible way too literally." or "You just have to find a way that god works for you.". It's like seriously, the bible way meant to be taken literally why call yourself a christian if your just going to pick and choose which rules to follow and which ones you won't?
