Actually, this is wrong. It's about 80% what you eat and 20% exercise when it comes to weight loss. (rough estimate by most nutritionist.)

that is so wrong, all about calorie intake versus calories used through both bodily functions and through exercise (you have to be a professional athlete or do nothing but work out to have the later outweigh the first)

I don't know, I eat like a pig yet I can't get fat. I sprint every day to school and I'm the fastest runner in the neighborhood. I'm always up for a game of football or basketball, I train karate and I jog instead of walking.

You can't expect to be slim if you sit all day doing nothing, that's for sure.
