Normal is another term for average, meaning addition of all things in a system, divided by the number of things.

With this definition, we could examine the behaviors of all people in likeliness to dress up as a fictional horse (30% of the time, for example, though likely less) and divide it by all subjects in the study. Those who fall above or below the resultant number could be considered "abnormal." Of course, using significant figures, I would guess that the number would be 0% of the time, and therefore, anyone who dresses up as a fictional horse could be considered "abnormal."
