My shower goes from hot to cold, one minute i'm enjoying a nice warm shower then i'm in a fucking fire then it goes cold....then hot....then warm....rinse and repeat.

Google "thermostatic shower valve". When you guys own a house they're worth the high cost. Houses don't come with these.
