And by the way.. He does not get raped by the horse. He changes himself into a mare and chooses to have sex with the horse in order to delay the building of the wall around Asgard. As a result he gives bith to Odins eight-legged horse Sleipner.

Sleipnir was already there in Thor (Odin rides him into Jutonheim , so it can't be the plot.
And Loki wasn't raped by a horse, it was consensual equine sex as Loki was a mare at the the time.

He also convinced Thor to cross-dress, pose as Freyja, go into the Frost Giant's land, and get married to one of them.

So let's get this right, shall we?
An unnamed builder offers to build a fortification that would keep invaders at bay, in exchange for Freyja, the sun and the moon. The Gods agree, but he must complete the work in 3 seasons and with the help of no man. With the help of Loki, he is given permission to use his stallion Svaðilfari. Svaðilfari, being super awesome strong, works twice as hard as any horse, and the unnamed builder is about to finish the fortification. Since the gods never expected him to actually finish his work, and found a particular God of Mischief to blame, Loki is threatened with a very violent death if he doesn't come up with a scheme to stop the builder. Terrified of the Gods, Loki swears that he'll come up with something.
So, when the builder drove out to fetch stones with his stallion Svaðilfari, Loki transformed into a mare and ran out of the woods. Svaðilfari, being the stallion he is, went mad and tore his tackle apart, chasing after the mare. The two continued to run throughout the night, stopping the builder from finishing his fortification. The Gods realize that the builder is a Hrimthurs, and call upon Thor, who kills him with Mjölnir.
Because Loki had "such dealings" with Svaðilfari, "somewhat later" he gives birth to Sleipnir, the eight legged horse, the mount of Odin and "the greatest horse among Gods and men."

He didn't get raped by a horse, he willingly transformed himself into a mare and seduced Svaðilfari, the male horse, and then had a crazy powerful octobaby horse.
Sleipnir's shown in the Thor movie being ridden by Odin, but the whole backstory doesn't go along with the comics/movie version.
Loki also ended up having a wolf-baby and a snake-baby.
