u wanna get good MPG while NOT looking like a tool, plus have something thats fun to drive? Get a Audi A3 diesel. or, if its not avaible, a VW golf Diesel.

I have an A3 TDI (2.0L engine, in canada) and stock, I actually can't get worse then 20mpg, thats gunning it around everywhere. If i take it easy, I'll get 55mpg on the freeway.

Mechanically the golf is identical, just a different badge in the back, pretty much.

funny u should mention that. I di have a BMW f800r in the garage as well. and a buell blast (old bike, trying to sell) that I got like 80 mpg with (i shit u not)

yep. I loved that blast, but its slow for me now (500cc, and they only got 30hp out if it. granted, it was meant to be an economy bike, and it only has 1 cylinder. but still)

If you want a bike thats not going to push your eyeballs to the back of your skull go for a 750cc its a good bike for people with a moderate amount of time on bikes and is still not too much for them.
