(I'm work for Geek Squad and this is all from personal experience, it actually happens all the time, and they've installed a safety precaution in order to restore files that were deleted) If you delete the rest of 'system 32' then turn the lap top off, turn off the router, and turn the computer back on, the computer will restore the entire system and bring it all back to normal :) Good Luck! and remember that it's not just you, this happens all the time.
