Aren't they swimming in some sort of sludgy goo? I figured that's why it's called Goo Lagoon.

I think it'd be fairly easy for a fish to drown in something it can't filter through it's gills.

I have a form of synesthesia that makes my brain respond to different sounds as colours. (For example, my guinea pigs are behind me right now, chirping seafoam and mauve.) I know it's not the same as putting headphones on your eyes, but you can see music.
Also, if you put an earbud in your mouth or nose, you can hear it. So.
