Even with that excuse, the hand still looks deformed. Don't feel bad though, lots of people suck at drawing hands, even some of the big artists like Paul Cezanne.

OP here. Really? Fix the hand? Why? It's already in correct perspective. Its a 3 Dimensional object on a 2d plane conveyed in 2 contrasting colors. Sure, it looks fucking retarded from the camera angle I had in the content, but it looks fine.

There is a straight line in the real life picture from his wrist along the bottom line of his thumb.

his thumb pad needs to be just a tad longer... and the angle of his thumb needs to be more of a curve but hands are super hard to do and I think you probably did better than me... I don't screw around with perspective with hands because I can't barely draw them as is. I prefer to mess around with body angles and drawing weird clothes on them without too much detail in the hands and face >_<
