How about a small castle? Then mine out everything underneath that castle (except the dirt) all the way down to the bed rock. Make a 2x2 hole in the dead center of your castle that leads to the giant hole underneath your castle. Make a wheat farm right outside said castle and begin harvesting for a few days. Then, find some sheep, cows, or whatever and bring them to a pen in your castle. Have them make enough sheep, cows, etc, to suit your devilish needs and begin luring them one by one to their insignificant deaths. And for an added bonus, light nether blocks on fire on the bedrock.

The sad thing is... Animals don't breed yet in the Minecraft version ... [I haven't played it today, sooo...]
