Well the court ruled in Zimmerman's favor because a medical examiner proved that he had been beaten up however no-one actually saw him hitting Zimmerman but they did hear screams,which treyvons fathers testified weren't his sons, so most people think Zimmerman was indeed attacked and it was self defense.
