I read some creepypasta about Family Guy on /x/.
The girl jumping out of the window is just one example of the large amounts of violent images in the recent seasons of Family Guy, most notably Season 9. It has been said that gore and overly violent images have actually been editted out of the show and Fox told McFarland it is excessive. Every Family Guy fan (or fan who has stopped watching) knows Family Guy has become much more of just a Brian and Stewie show. The reason for it is that Brian and Stewie are representations of McFarland's beliefs, satire, humor, and ideas. He did it to be edgier, bring in more intelligent of an audience and infuse himself more into the show.
Apparently, Seth had been getting depressed along with his success and had become darker and darker in humor. One personal assistant egged him on and encouraged this. It seemed to reach a peak at the episode where Stewie and Brian get locked inside a room. Originally, it was supposed to be shown that Brian eats Stewie's shit and Brian admittance that he wanted to kill himself was to be much more colorful and drawn out. Stewie comforts Brian at the end of the episode and that is the end of it. After that episode, the morbid humor began decreasing and Seth seemed his old self again.
It's nothing supernatural or really "creepy" like Squidward's Suicide or anything, but it is unsettling to know Seth had been infusing his depression, suicidal tendencies, morbid thoughts and fantasies into his show and we had just watched. We didn't notice a cry for help, and it is even more disturbing that many fans were actually entertained by it. if you go and rewatch season 9, know that you are watching the darkest part of McFarland's life and his much darker thoughts and fantasies had been editted out of the show or was never drawn up in the first place. You are watching the story of a disturbed and suicidal man.
