No it's not, it's called a comic with the same joke.
A repost is when you save a picture and then post it back up the exact same way.

Your comic got 90 thumbs. Not to sound like I'm some god who's covered in thumbs, but that's really not a lot. It did not make front page, it didn't even make the top 5. Not a lot of people saw it. So I highly, highly doubt that this guy saw your post and then ripped it off. It sucks that your version didn't make the front page, but you shouldn't accuse OP of reposting when he didn't even see your original comic.
