Therefore:
Sin(b)/tan(b)=Sin(b)*cos(b)/sin(b) = cos(b)
ergo:

Cos(b)= Bill cosby

In Trigonometry, you use Tangent, Cosine, and Sine to find a missing angle or side.   
Soh Cah Toa   
Sine= Opposite/Hypotenuse,   
Cosine= Adjacent/Hypotenuse   
Tangent=Opposite/Adjacent.   
In this case, you are trying to find <b(apparently they're all angle b)   
So, Cos-B (Cosby) = Sin/Tan,though that's not how it works. XD
