It seems like your eating A LOT of tuna. It's not necessarily a bad thing but keep in mind that tuna contains Mercury.

take into account, it's not just 'calorie' intake that determines your body composition, each nutrient is metabolized differently in the body. Without getting into the nitty gritty biochemistry, carbs/sugars affects levels of insulin which is responsible for fat storage in the body if there is an excess. If you do have carbs, go for complex kinds rather than the simple refined kinds. Having said that, carbs aren't evil but just limit them slightly. As for fats, they may be calorific but they sure as hell are good for you. Go for the dietry, monosatuated fats like nuts, olive oil etc. These sort of fats are utilized for energy expenditure as opposed to energy storage. All in all, essentially go for a high protein diet and with fat loss goals, go with high fat/low carbs and for muscle gaining goals, go for high carbs/fill the rest of the calorie intake with fats.

Try to look for healthy foods that fill you up and keep you satiated for a long time. For breakfast, I really like oatmeal. It's about 200 calories and keeps you full for quite a while. Try to cut out carbs elsewhere, and try to substitute protein whenever possible. Usually when I make a sandwich I use a single piece of bread, but load that up with just as much meat as you'd put on a normal sandwich. Try to avoid fats and eat tons of vegetables (you'll stay fuller longer and vegetables are practically free calorie-wise). Another thing I found invaluable when dieting was to use a food diary like myfitnesspal. They have ipod apps as well as an online app available, and it really helped with knowing what I was actually eating.

Most importantly, you're not going to lose fat fast. It takes time and discipline, but you'll be able to see yourself shredding weight if you keep at it hard enough. Good luck!

Avoid things with trans and saturated fat, try to cut out meat and sugary shit, and go on jogs.

Specific foods and meals...I'm not there yet...sadly. But just eat a lot of greens and plants as opposed to, well, other things.
