A cube is defined as a symmetrical three-dimensional shape, either solid or hollow, contained by six equal squares. Whether or not one of those squares (sides) are made up a tangible substance such as glass does not disregard the fact that there are 24 right angles and all the sides are joined together at a vertex of equal length. Back to basic geometry with you

Whether the cube is hollow or solid is not define, therefore, it is not "either solid or hollow". In fact, in geometry, the dimensions of any given shape is defined, but lines have no width. One might say the lines don't exist, but simply mark the empty space between point A and point B.
That's like saying this isn't a cube. Just because it can be filled with something isn't my only argument incase you forgot. Just because it's physical side isn't there, doesn't mean it isn't a cube. As long as it has the potential to be a cube supported by its vertexes and angles, it's a cube. It has 6 sides, just pretend someone broke through one of the sides, is it not a cube then?

That's what math is, have you ever seen a cos or sin angle? Where is anything on the x and y plane that is applicable in the real world? Math is all relatable through a different dimension that isn't bound by physics. Is this not a cube because it doesn't have any of its sides? You clearly do not understand the fundamentals of basic math, get an education
im out of school and i took both high school and college calculus classes, i know math. i am absolutely right in saying that is not a cube, you just refuse to be wrong and no longer have a counter argument so you turn to insults to try and make a point.
what is your point? i get the same pictures typing in cube glass as i do square glass, does that mean everyone who posted those pictures is wrong? it can be labeled as a square glass but it clearly is not by definition a square, same goes for labeling it a cube glass, it is not, by definition, a cube.
heres what i was waiting for, you clearly just said an open cube, not a cube, an open cube. a cube is a cube is a cube. you take away a side and/or hollow it out it is no longer a cube. it has the shape of a cube, but it is not a cube
