*Sigh* More CoD hate making front page. I don't play it much anymore myself, but this is just pathetic. I haven't seen anybody give me a reason as to why it's bad besides "It's just DLC for the previous game," or "It's full of 12 year olds." Great. 12 year olds are everywhere online. If you hate on the game just because it's popular, then that makes you just as bad as the bandwagoners who play it. Now go ahead and thumb this down because hardly any of you can up come up with a compelling argument as to why it's any worse than most series out there.

i know right? if you dont like a game dont play it. No reason for you to go on the internet and complain about it...

People just don't have opinions of their own anymore. Sad really.

p.s. its the number 1 best selling franchise for a reason. If it really sucked as many people say it does i doubt it would ever come close to that....just saying

Reason I don't like COD is because they rarely ever fix the bad things in their games. (mostly Infinity Ward) doing this. Instead of fixing up things that made the game bad they just keep adding new stuff to try to cover up the bad things. Unfortunately the bad things in COD completely outweigh the good things which makes it frustrating to play most of the time. If they fix up what the problems with their games (OP guns, sucky maps, OP perks, etc) it'd be a much better game to play

They fix all of the game breaking bugs as they come up, and they went so far as to completely remove Stopping Power and Juggernaut, which were really the only two OP perks. The guns also get more balanced with each new game. In COD 4 it was the MP5 and M16 every single game in competitive play. Now you see almost every gun being used. What's wrong with the maps?

Main problem with the maps (mw3) is that they're so small and compact it's pretty much forcing you into action. They went from the large maps in mw2 to extremely small spaces in mw3. The spawn system is extremely screwed up. The amount of times i've spawned by the person who i've just killed or just killed me is over 9000. They've taken out stopping power, juggernaut, and that danger close but they still continue to cater to the unskilled players by adding guns and death streaks that kill instantly. Have you seen the blast radius of dead mans hand? Ridiculous.

Thats the charm of CoD, that it has small maps, which is different then a real war situation. Its like a spec ops type of game......

A skilled player with an SMG or Assault Rifle will do better than an unskilled player every time, no matter what they use. The spawn system for every game is messed up, the same thing happens in Halo and Battlefield.

Battlefield does have it's problems with spawning too (if you play TDM) same for halo but it's definitely noticeable in mw3. A skilled player will always do better than an unskilled one but they shouldn't just toss bad players free kills by allowing them to blow up a whole entire room when they die or giving them a chance to shoot back. I can understand the other death streaks such as juiced, revenge, and hollow points. But whenever i try killing someone who is doing bad i have to kill them twice in a row if they have final stand? It's extremely frustrating when i lose my killsteaks because of this. Overall what i'm saying is if they really took the time to fix up the ridiculous things in their games instead of sugar coating them all up it'd be a much better game. I still have some hopes for black ops 2 since treyarch has really tried with this game which is why i have it pre-ordered. But when it comes to infinity ward I just lost Almost all my faith in them

There's also the annoying deathstreaks (DEADMANS HAND!) and campers (there really isn't much you can do about them). it's also annoying to join a game in progress and its 67-35 and i'm on the losing team or how everytime someone rage quits there's always a host migration and then the game session ends.

Deathstreaks really only occur when the other team's doing badly enough to where it won't even make a difference. People camp in every FPS. Engineers in TF2 do it, as do snipers in Battlefield 3. If you check your corners then they're just free kills. I've joined games in Battlefield 3 that ended as soon as i joined them, so that's not really a fair judgement.
