Depends on training, best 1 rep is 380 kg, 5 rep is 345kg and 8 rep training is 320, maybe 325 on a good day :)

it took me around 2 years of nothing but 5x5 training 4 days a week, sprints 2 days a week, and 1 recovery day, i went to around 25% body fat and was squatting 425 on 1 rep, but now ive cut down to 9% body fat, so burned some muscle out with that. a good balance im at atm, so answer is a shit ton of protein and 2 years of pushing. sprints are important though! google search the relation between sprinting and HGH. it will hel a lot
