I was on my last post before bed. I killed two rather large wolf spiders in my house today. Great. Now I feel like their brethren are watching me in the dark.

how big do those shifty wolf spiders get? i live in canada and the worst ones i have to deal with are as big as making circle with your index finger and thumb.

This is an old picture, but this was the same size as the smaller of the two I dealt with yesterday.

oh my fuck i thought you were joking when you said it eyes glow. that is terrifying.

The ones yesterday were in/around the shoe rack (As a dude who wears lace-up steeled toe boots everywhere, this is disturbing and now prompts a shoe check every time I grab them) and hiding in a pair of small flats. When I lit the flashlight on the first one, I saw the glisten in his eyes from 6+ feet away. That was quite an experience.
