wondering, cause I'm bored and need a new show to watch. I also don't want to look it up because I know my fj brothers can put it into better words than others. Is Doctor Who really good? Should I watch it? What is it about? thanks :D

Doctor Who is amazing, the David Tennant series' in particular are good to start on. Basically he can travel through time and space in his TARDIS (bigger on the inside) and he stops aliens from killing people basically, and he has a sonic screwdriver, it is hard to summarise it, but it really is an amazing program :) You don't even have to be a huge fan of sci-fi to enjoy it too

Doctor Who is pretty cool. But if you're american wanting British shows, i think Spooks was awesome.

And it's on Netflix and probably other places.

I never see it mentioned much in American places, but in my books it's a classic. From the first episode i was hooked

Yea, at the end of "day of the moon" Canton is talking to President Nixon he says

Nixon:"This person you want to marry? Black?"
Canton:"Yes"
Nixon:"I know what people think of me, but perhaps i am a little more liberal.."
Canton:"He is"
Nixon:"I think the moon is far enough for now, don't you, Mr. Canton"

he was also the antagonist in the pilot episode of white collar....if thats relevant, now the episode im watching has a retired detective who's the mexican leviathan (can't remember his name)

Strangely enough he also played a character in The X-Files who had the power to control fire.
