Actually, a lot of stop lights are on a timed loop

But if someone's color-blind wouldn't they recognize red to be a different color they grew up thinking was red?
Sorry if I sound ignorant, I just don't know much about color-blindness.

red and green are seen as the same colour to most colour blind people.

Oh, I just thought the color someone was blind to would look grey-ish, so they'd grow up thinking that shade of grey was red.

I think the red there isn't the best idea. Just have it full at the top when it's green and it's red whenever it's all at the bottom.

They wouldn't be able to tell the difference anyway.

Agreed, my friend made a comic and got no more than 10 thumbs then a week later he made a new account and posted it again and got to the number one spot.
