Just wondering, what exactly fits as tall or short here? I'm somewhere between 5'10-5'11, so is that tall/short/average? I'm 17 so maybe I can even grow some more although I doubt I will...

I would consider it like this personally
6'1 and up tall
6'0 above average
5'10-5'11 average
5'9 low average
5'8 kinda short
5'7 and below short
This is for guys in my opinion but I know it can vary a lot from the people you see at your school in one country to the next.

Cabinets- not a problem unless retarded
Doors- were not talking 7ft up here just in 6ft range above girl with heels height
Midgets/Children- are still at groin level with short people, depends on their age
Shoes- Size 15 if fucking huge but anyways you cant always get a size 13+
Clothes- Same price for more fabric, an XL costs same as small
Hair- If you get a bald spot nobody will ever know

Short Guy problems;
Have to deal with girls being taller
Cant reach gas pedals
Nobody ever spectates at your height
Pretty much in most situations short guys wanna be tall most tall guys don't wanna be short
And lastly, your girlfriend has to get on her knees for a BJ while tall guys give the girl the luxury of standing (not really, but no downside for being tall).

Alright Mr. I know everything. I know that I am not a common occurrence, however I am 6'10" and I wear size 16 shoe, Where I work, I am required to wear a billed hat, (cut's off the vision of what's above and in front of me) and at the fast pace we work, I am CONSTANTLY slamming my head into things, happens 2-3 times a day. I have hit my head on so many ceiling fans and door frames that I just naturally duck going through doorways. CLOTHES- are WAY more expensive when you have to buy 3XTALL shirts (no I'm not fat, I am a college football player, muscular build) and 42 waist and 36 long pants, not only are they way more expensive, but VERY difficult to find, thank you Burlington Coat Factory. MIDGETS/Children- Major issue, I don't see them when they get close and my eye level is straight, result, ampled children

don't forget girls love tall guys and they don't want to be with a short guy
User avatar #170 to #168 - edlias (05/28/2012) [-]
Also true, from reading the comments especially I think girls feel out of place when the guy is shorter, it's one of those relationship expectancys that most girls want.

I feel really out of place because I'm a 6'3 and a girl. I am a freshmen at my high school and the tallest girl at my high school maybe the county.

Being a tall girl isnt a bad thing, I would like to retract my statement from before this, although height might seem weird at first I'm sure that if someone generally likes you dating would be fine and if you are the tallest in your school you should join the basketball team (you probably get this a lot) but if you're good at it you can win a scholarship somewhere.

every girl i know wants a tall guy, plus i'd feel extremely emasculated if i was shorter than my girlfriend or something, i love tall girls though but i'm 6' so i'm ok
User avatar #177 to #174 - edlias (05/28/2012) [-]
Im 6'2 so I'm safe also, but I couldnt imagine dating a girl taller than me. And going back to shorter guys thats why girls in the 5'4 and below range exist.
