Faster than slide.

Engineering Student Says: If you look at the sharp turn two stories down and apply some physics, you'll see a problem.

Assuming the height of a story if 3m (9.8 ft), then a person going down the slide would be travelling at approximately 10.8 m/s, (35.4 ft/s). I looks like much to sharp a turn to make at such a speed.

I really hated those slides when I was a kid because I would always shock myself badly on the rivets.

Could you imagine that slide on a really hot day? I'll stick to an elevator.
