I kinda just say "Sooo, yep, thats all, thanks for listening i guess." and then i walk as fast as i can to my seat. The worst part is, i start to notice all my mistakes mid presentation. So i'll just be speaking, then as i look down and read the next point, i realise that it has no relevance and it makes no sense. MFW
