There is actualy a scp that tries to kill you if you look at its face in any way, in person, video picture etc, fucks up everything that stands between you and him, no matter distance

If we're thinking of the same SCP, you have it backwards. It only moves when you blink or turn away, and you have to make direct eye contact to avoid being attacked. But I don't know much sbout SCP at all, so let me know if an SCP like you mentioned exists

I dont remember its number, but its basicly a humanoid creature with long arms, its properties is that once you look at its face it will try to brutaly kill you no matter what, it will not stop until victim is dead or said scp is completly obliberated
It is not hostile if dont look at its face, so putting a bag over its head is effective
any picture, video footage or alike of it is to be terminated as it will trigger the scp like if you look at its actual face.

I know they are all fake but most of them gives you creeps and some are quite fascinating
